Assess whether financial assumptions, transaction mechanics, and presentation conclusions reflect real investment-banking practice. Spot formula errors, inconsistent source data, unsupported adjustments, and deal-process recommendations that could mislead a client team. Provide concise corrections, model logic, and examples of the standard expected from an experienced associate or senior banker. Remote, project-based contract work. Scope and hours depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Required Qualifications
- Senior execution or leadership experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Executed M&A or capital-markets transactions with advanced financial-modeling ownership
- Expert command of valuation, financial statements, deal process, and presentation standards
