Every role lists its own range, currently up to $1,000/hr depending on credentials, specialty, and seniority. The rate you see on a role is the rate you’re paid for that work. The initial domain exercise is paid separately at the role’s rate.
Yes. It’s a short, role-specific task, usually under an hour, that mirrors the actual work, and you’re compensated for it at the role’s rate whether or not it leads to an immediate placement. We don’t ask professionals to work for free.
It’s asynchronous and project-based. Most experts contribute a few hours a week around existing commitments; some do much more. There’s no minimum and no fixed schedule.
No. Your identity and current employer are kept confidential to the AI teams whose models you help train. You contribute through Alpheva, not directly to the end client.
Demonstrated professional experience and current, working knowledge in one of our domains: the judgment you’d apply on the job. No prior AI or machine-learning experience is needed; we provide the guidelines.
