Job Description
Review complex banking-compliance scenarios involving BSA/AML, sanctions, consumer protection, controls, investigations, and regulatory escalation. Evaluate whether AI-generated decisions accurately distinguish policy requirements, legal obligations, risk appetite, and facts requiring further investigation. Identify weak control logic, incomplete customer due diligence, unsupported alert dispositions, and escalation paths that expose the institution. Explain corrections using defensible documentation standards and the practical judgment expected by regulators and senior compliance leaders. Remote, project-based contract work. Scope and hours depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate advanced domain tasks and AI-generated responses for factual accuracy and professional judgment.
- Apply current standards, methods, and risk considerations from financial & professional.
- Document errors, edge cases, and the reasoning behind an ideal response.
- Collaborate asynchronously with Alpheva's research and evaluation teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in bank compliance, financial-crimes risk, regulatory affairs, or internal audit
- Deep knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC, consumer-compliance, or prudential-control frameworks
- CAMS, CRCM, or comparable credential preferred
