Evaluate AI legal analysis across acquisitions, financings, fiduciary duties, entity governance, and transaction documentation. Review issue spotting, drafting choices, defined terms, closing conditions, and risk allocation from the perspective of experienced deal counsel. Identify legal conclusions that depend on missing facts, jurisdiction-specific authority, or negotiated market terms. Provide precise corrections and explain how strong transactional judgment balances legal protection with commercial objectives. Remote, project-based contract work. Scope and hours depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate advanced domain tasks and AI-generated responses for factual accuracy and professional judgment.
• Apply current standards, methods, and risk considerations from law & legal services.
• Document errors, edge cases, and the reasoning behind an ideal response.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Alpheva's research and evaluation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active US bar membership and 6+ years practicing corporate or transactional law
• Substantive experience with M&A, venture financing, private equity, or public-company governance
• Strong issue spotting, drafting judgment, and command of market transaction terms
